Like other have posted, there are no wedge plates on the rear wheels. Period. There are 3 each on both front wheels. Tell them they had better find them or be prepared to pay for the replacement of them. OR you will subtract the replacement cost from what their sandblasting fee was.
However, if you truly only took the rear rims in, then they are the ones confused and nothing is missing.
