My Farmall 656 fast hitch will barley lift our 3 bottom International fast hitch plows. It seems really weak and it lifts so slowly. You have to rev it up past p.t.o rpm just to get it to lift when plowing. We changed the hydraulic fluid and it is not foamy or milky. Also we changed the filter. We Flow tested it and it was pumping 1 gallon a minute when not under load and under load it was 5 gallons per minute. Also when it was under load the pressure was 700 lbs.
