What part of the country? You didn't mention tires so they must be junk. I have $2000 in tires and they aren't top of the line, but they are pretty nice Firestones front and rear. If it runs well that is a very good thing. You will have around $3000 in parts for a rebuild. Just a total guess but I don't think $2000 is out of line. BUT you can hardly find a GOOD M for that money around here.
