Engine Moisture

Just purchased a Super C and pulled off the valve cover to have look. I noticed some water in the oil cap. Also, noticed that the top of the head had an orange hue to it along with some sludge. Could this just be condensation or should I be looking for something else? I know the tractor sat for a couple of years before I got it running. Engine runs great and I don't seem to be loosing any coolant from the radiator.
