I would have to go digging to see just how the advance comes in on those and at what RPM . BUT maybe your engine is idling way to fast . When they are set correctly ya can darn near count the fan blade . And to get a Dist. set correctly it needs set up on a dist . machine by and OLD FART that knows how to do the timing curve. and there ain't many of us left.
