This is only for the solid cast front wheel. The single steel wheel might be different. I attached a picture of what the axle looks like, the flange is in between the halves of the wheel. The flange is what keeps the wheel in the center of the axle. Once you remove the wheel from the forks take out the four large bolts, they are the bolts that hold the wheel halves together. Once you get the bolts out you should be able to get the halves apart. If the tire is still on try to remove it it will make it a lot easier. If not take a dead-blow hammer and smack the end of axle as if you were trying to drive it out of the hub to try to seperate them. Mine was stuck together pretty good. I then had to make a new axle and bore out the wheel halves and press in bushings. Good Luck!! ~Brian
