First off been gone for a couple days. If that tractor has pfc closed center hydraulics it does not use the replaceable relief valve. The relief valve is in the compensator on the pump. It would have a spring loaded ball style safety valve in the place where the open center tractors have the pilot relief valve. Pressure should be in the 2600 psi area with pfc. It should also have 17 gal if I remember right, not looking up any specs here. Could be converted to gear pump, have 15 gal pump and I don't remember what relief valve that used. Too many if's here to diagnose.
