yes I blow the compressed air into the carb. I did have some issues in the beginning because the boosted air was pushing the gas back to the tank and the carb would dry out. I added a simple 50$ fuel pump from NAPA thats rated for 10-12psi (I think) and I haven't had the issue since. When I pull its not uncommon to see 15-20 lbs of boost.
