You don't need to press the pulley off unless you are replacing the adjustable half of pulley. Seals and bearings just drive on out and back in. The center with bushings and packing in has to be pressed out if you are replacing it. IH never supplied bushings for the H so we always had to replace that section if bushings were worn. I have found bushings that fit though and replaced them.
