The D350 is difficult to get parts for. Gaskets are available and you may find bearings but everything else is junk yard or swap meet hoping to find good used stuff or NOS items.
There is a long discussion at RPM forum regarding the D350 engine (SWD9 - 600).
Last one I did I was lucky enough to find an NOS M&W kit for about $1350... That didn't include the bearings or gaskets. Spent another $1000 on a reconditioned cylinder head that wasn't broken.
