John, it looks like your tractor was built with the countershaft driven liftall. The previous owner bought the motor driven Super M pump and Charlynn PS from a salvage yard. He couldn't figure out what to do and gave up.
You need to run a suction hose from the old liftall to the right hand port (larger port) on the motor driven pump. The left hand port (pressure) will go to a priority valve to power the PS. Live power from that valve will go an IH remote control valve or 4-way lever valve to run a double acting cylinder. Most valves are labeled "in", "out", "A", and "B". The last two are cylinder ports. The "out" goes back to the reservoir. There are several different brands of priority valves so maybe Bob's and my pictures will help you out. I would recommend that you use a belt driven pump to run the PS. It will make your hydraulic powered equipment run faster. I have some reservations on how well the Super M pump will prime itself from the Liftall reservoir.
You might be better off adding a new reservoir above the Super M pump somewhere under the hood.
