First off, did you adjust to try to stop the slippage? To replace the bands you need to just pull back plate off of pto unit. Take seal retainer off, nut on shaft, then rear plate. It requires a special puller to do so but one could be made up. Bands from CASEIH are "like 400 bucks" each. Often times you can exchange the tw bands, brake and engagement one as the brake band seldom wears very much. Be carefull when getting plate off so pto unit does not work out.
