No I've never heard of an IH 750. How solid is this ground you are going to be using the scraper in? If its fairly soft, it won't take much spinning(which you will do pulling that scraper) to dig a whole and be stuck. Also, if you do decide to buy it, make sure you look it over very carefully, those small scrapers aren't really made for dozers and break alot when used behind one.
