CaseIH can likely order parts, local dealer stocks oil filters. I doubt if there is still a kit, you have to order individual parts. I have spent several thousand ordering IH parts the last 11 years, very few parts are not available. Get a parts book and give them the numbers, they can tell you in a couple of minutes whether or not it is available. As to the water pump, you will probably find that a rebuilt or aftermarket pump is cheaper--try Steel Wheel Ranch--785-548-7437.
