Thanks. Mine will make a heavy bearing noise when the tractor is moving with or without the pto engaged or when the pto is engaged and the tractor is in neutral.The pinion and the final drives have been ruled out. I still need to check the noise out when it is in high (4) gear. I assume high gear is like other trans. and is a one to one lock up of the input and the main shaft. A sectional view would be handy.
