I hate to keep bothering , but I am 'inching" to a conclusion.
I took the fuel pressure regualtor out of the fuel line and the the fuel just pours out of the carb ( an I mean pours !). I have also conclude the regulator does not work - it does not alow fuel to the carb and the adjustment does not work.
So, here is my question... I don't think the tractor is suppose to have a regulator so I think it has been added. Is it possible the fuel pump has been changed ( and the wrong one put on) an the person had to put a regulator to try and solve the over presssure issue?
If you were me would you change the fuel pump ( getting a stock one, assuming the one on is wrong) negating the need for the regualtor of get a regulator and attempt to reduce the pressure.

This is the place! Bought
