Those lights are all on breakers.
First inspect all lamps affected where the bulb attaches in the lamp fixture. The connections are not well enough insulated and short to ground can occur.
If no shorts are found replace the breaker.
If you have an ammeter you can check draw on that circuit to see if the amperage is below the breaker rating.
