I took the attached pictures of the lift system on a couple of friends tractors.
I have not had time to ask him if these lift systems were std on these old tractors F-12's, I think.
looks like it worked like the system a pull plow used to lift the plow.
I posted the pictures on the implement forum, but those guys think the lift systems were add on's.
I do not know, what do you guys think, again just asking, my friend has lots of old Farmall stuff. I understood Farmall was way ahead of other implement companies back in the day. one of the old tractors is still holding the plow off the ground after all these years.
