I just bought a 1950 Farmall M and the rear tires are quite checked. Before I start plowing, etc. I would like to get a set of spares. The tire size currently on the tractor are 14.9-38 and are about 5 feet tall. The used set I am looking to buy are 13.6-38 but are much shorter: about 4" 4". Since the rim size is the same, they should fit on the rims but I am concerned about the drop in height. Won"t the back of the tire drop way down and then the tractor won"t be level? Can you tell I"m a beginner??
