I would consider pulling one sleeve & measing the bore of the block, this will tell you how much room you have for any new sleeves & pistons.
H piston pins are 1.10 in diameter
300 piston pins are .875 in diameter
You may have to go with pistons only in the bare H block, the piston diameter may need to be a special intermediate size to provide the proper skirt clearance.
Or
Have the H block bored to accept new sized liners.
