Thanks guys. The tractor has been sitting inside and was loose probably a year ago. All I have to do is get it running again so I'll try the ATF and maybe a little acetone and see what happens. The owner just passed away and it looks like maybe the head was off and work was never completed on it as there is plastic on top of the head with the valve cover just sitting on top of it. I also thought of using Marvel Mystery Oil, but I'll try the ATF and see what happens. Thanks again.
