The first thing I would do is take a presure reading from on of the outlets. when you are taking the reading hold the lever back and watch the valve I cgauge. It should hold steady at 1600 to 2000 lbs depending on which relief valve the tractor has in it. If the pump is good the gauge will hold steady. If the pump is bad the pressure will come up and fall back. If you take the numbers off of the relieif an tell you what valve you have.
