Hi Redrob, did you install a 6 pad clutch? The other problem that can happen is the new clutch pads will ride up on the outer edge where the grove is worn in the flywheel. If the flywheel is not to badly worn, you can grind a little of the outer edge of the clutch pad that faces the flywheel.
MJ in the UK had mentioned about repairing worn out flywheels for 74 series tractors by fabricating a plate that was fasten inside the worn clutch surface.
