Binder Books?????

Hi All, Well I ordered a bunch of books from Binders Books for $169( good complete set). When they got here I found one that had been photo copyed and stapled together. NP as they sent me an orginal with grease so it was already broke-in and no charge for the book or postage. And of course they asked me if the grease cover was ok with me before they sent it. Now comes the problem. Reading thru the manuals they refered too "several books", NOT included in my "complete set". Sent off an e-mail two times in the past 3 weeks telling them about the additional books I needed and as of yet I haven't received a reply at ALL. hummmmmmmmmmmmm!!! T_Bone
