Well George - Roger here sounded like a nice young man looking for some help with his Little Farmall A. I was just curious why he decided to get one when he had so little information about one. I agree with you "Why Not" but his wife/girlfriend must be a LOT more agreeable about Him spending money than mine! I grew up on a farm and I have the Super H I ran as a kid home in the garage on my 2+ acres. Dad saved it for me. Roger evidently bought His A for a different reason or reasons, and I was curious as to what they were. It wasn't because He ran one as a kid. Maybe his grandfather had one, or an uncle. I was just curious. It takes a lot of time, room and "Other Resources" to fix one of these old tractors up and keep it running. And You have to use them some or they deteriorate faster than if they're used. I was just curious why a young man would spend the cash for some old iron when there are so many other things to get involved in from sports to collector's cars to racing to motorcycles. He evidently had a different style of childhood than You & I did. And I WAS CURIOUS. Aren't You George? You've read all the stories in RED POWER about Son tracking down Dad's Old 300/H/M/A/CUB/B/C You name it. I was hoping Roger would let us know his. I know there are people who get these tractors given to them that need info. too. But they have stories too.

The garden was already sprouting when we hooked up the mid-mount shovel cultivators to the Pony. The seed bed was soft enough that the rear end would spin and slowly work its way to the downhill side of the gardens slight incline. From this, we learned our lesson sinc
