40 acres isn't too much to handle with something like a 300 utility and a 5 foot bush hog. Given the terrain, I would go with a wheel or utility model, preferably with live hydraulics and live PTO, but you can get along fine without those niceties. Any 300 or 400 series or newer would be just about right I would think...BB
