No Farmall carburetor in good condition should leak when parked with the tank valve open. Chances are you've got a worn out float needle, or the float is improperly set or sticking. H carbs are simple, and very easy to rebuild. No special tools are needed. Rebuild kits run from about $18 to $40 or so depending on where you buy it and how many parts it includes. Ask at NAPA, Central Tractor or your local Case-IH dealer. Factory rebuilt carbs are also available but they're kinda spendy for what you can easily to yourself.
