Is the lift rod that goes from the lift lever to the rear to the plow supposed to slide inside the pipe/sleeve that is used to lift the plow. From everything I can see in the books it"s two separate pieces and the book says to push the lever all the way forward when plowing. Mine is currently frozen into one piece and I can see where it should move freely to allow the plow to move up and down on it" own.
