I'd let her run for a while, shut her down and do a compression check.On a new engine re-build I'm not sure what would be a good reading seeing as your rings and valves are not yet seated. But I would think with a MTA you should at least now read 90lbs. are better maybe as much as 110-120 lbs. I have a buddy with a MTA thats pushing 190lbs. Mine is pushing 90lbs. but one cylinder is weak and the engine needs re-worked. If you find compression is low, then do a wet compression check. If compression then goes up alot you have ring problems, if you notice little change you have head problems. I hope its something simple like timing, but my bet its in the head. Let me know how you make out.
