You can probably find a used flip up seat. You can also get just the flip up parts and use your existing seat as long as it is the standard 4 bolt seat, or buy a new 4 bolt seat and use the used parts. Try Wengers dot com or Steel Wheel Ranch 785-548-7437. Someone on this forum may have one to sell, also.
