Maybe if you looked at the parts diagrams on the CaseIH website for the 706,you could see what parts were originally there. I have done this a number of times and it really has helped me. Also, the dealer in our area will let you look at his repair manuals in the dealership. The dealer in your area may also do the same. This has been very helpful to me also. Sorry that I cannot answer the question directly but hope this helps.
