try some liquid wrench penatrating oil. you should be able to find some at any hardware store,this stuff dissolves rust. soak each piston then tap LIGHTLY with something metal. this will set up a vibration and allow the oil to work down the piston wall. then you can remove the starter and use a pry bar on the flywheel to turn the engine, you'll get more leverage here than any where else. but becarefull not to put to much pressure on the teeth and break one off. allow the oil 2-3 days to work.
