My guess would be an injector pre-cup.
I did a some research when one went on mine and was leaking fuel into the cooling system.
Looking back and thinking about it, I think that it might have been just burning the what little was leaking when I was using it. I caught a wiff of anti-freeze smell every once in a while and wasn"t sure what was wrong cause I didn"t see anything leaking anywhere. My only regret right at this moment is that I didn't replace all 8 while it was apart. But I didn't have the extra cash then (not that I have it now either!).
