This regular that has taken up residence in the shop was leaking from between the rear of the transmission and axle housing at the bottom of the housing so today we put it on the splitting stand and pulled the axle housing away from the tranny. There was no gasket. Is there supposed to be a gasket? I would think there should be. Thanks. Jim
