Hi Jon, Try another IH dealer just incase. I use Buckeye Tractor http://www.buckeyetractor.com/ The part you need is #47398DX. Also the 450D is the diesel version of this tractor. If it's really true that IH doesn't have the float, try NAPA as they carry some odd ball stuff sometimes, if not it's junk yard time. T_Bone
