Hi F20II, I was looking futher and there was a battery box on the diesel and Farmall version. Open plate type box on the 340U gas but that don't mean they didn't install one from the 340D on it as maybe an option? Mine was installed on the flat deck of the backhoe without a cover, with a hold down. Thanks for the info on the SM skirts. I'll look them up as thats not too bad of a price and cheaper than having them made. T_Bone
