Thats a aftermarket Rocket power governor. Adjustments are made the same except for the one adjustment is made a little different way. If the vertical rod length needs changed the bolt is removed and the lock nut on the joint is loosened and the joint turned on the rod to change length.
Also did not say the valves will work, unless you have the IH power steering from the hydruatouch system. If so the valve on right in picture won't work.
