On a D282 at this time of the year it takes sometimes over a min of glow plugging . and it is suppose to have two 6 volt batterys . It must not have a T/A if your pull starting it . Slow cranking speed due to a slow turniing starter will not help in starting. Low cranking pressure of the injection pump is another cause . as for the miss this is somewhat common when they are cold . If it does not go away when warmed up in say five ten min. then Huston you got a problem. Could be a bad injector, could be a bad precup , could be bad valve could be a cracked head , could be low compression on a hole , could be a cracked block. Lots of could be's
