This is typical of a worn engine. As the engine heats and the oil thins, the clearances in the engine are such that the oil escapes from worn bearing areas more freely lowering the oil pressure. You will want to verify that the engine is not running too hot but the problem is most likely in the main, rod, and cam bearings. You could drop the pan and use plastigage to check the rod and main bearings clearance. If you do drop the pan you will want to check the oil pump for wear, leaks, and obstructions on the pick up.
