Ron,In the 64/66 series pickups there were less than 10,000 total units built, Factory with 4x4. (That is 1/2 & 3/4 tons, 1 ton were not put into production till late 67/72 series, maybe some later>) All factory units in the 60/66 series were Divorced Transfer cases. The Married units started with the 67series and went on from there >. FYI Ford didn't drop the Divorced systems till about 78. If you see a 64 to 66 pickup with a married unit underneath 99% probability that body is sitting on another frame from a donor truck! Later, John A.
