38 rubber on Super C

I have a Super C that, due to an accident (ignorant hired help) lost its front axle. I built an adaptor and installed tricycle front end from an H, complete with the 16" tires. Now the darn thing looks like it's ready to take off, the front end is several inches above the rear, enough so that I have to let the air out of the front tires when I drain the oil, to get it all out. So, I was wondering if there was an easy way to put the rear tires from the H on it too. That would level it up, and maybe give a little more speed for raking and tedding hay. I don't use it for any heavy work so the power loss in low gear wouldn't bother, I hope. Has anybody done this,or have any ideas? I don't think I can just slide on the H wheels because the H axle is bigger, so maybe some sort of bolt on disk or ring around the Super C wheel, to adapt to the H rim?
