Just got the A put back together. Still have the trans cover off. When I turn the engine over with the crank and the PTO disconnected, the PTO shaft turns. When I turn the PTO shaft I can feel that there is resistance like the two shafts are touching each other. Could The input shaft have gotten pressed against the PTO shaft? I did have to hammer on the drive shaft yolk to get it on but only used a little 1 pound or so brass hammer and a socket. I tried prying on the rear of the input shaft coupler and could not get it to move away. If I leave it alone, do you think it will either wear or move enough to allow free-er movement? Deffinitely don't want to take it apart again. The yolk is a bear to get off.
