Only four bolts, but it must be hanging on the dowel. Just continue moving it back and forth, maybe a shot of penetrating oil on the dowel. Next problem is that when you loosen those bolts the dirt gets in behind the brake drum where the bull pinion bearing adjustment shims are. So you need to pull the whole drum to do it right. Also, the shims under the outer cover is your major adjustment on brake disc clearance and he adjustment on the actuator bolt is your fine tuning adjustment to even pedals up.
