I've had good luck driving pistons out using a sledge hammer on a piece of wood, from below. Expect the sleeve to come up with it.

Do all pistons seem to be stuck, or can you tell which one? Usually one or two show corrosion when you get the head off a stuck tractor. If they don't look stuck, pull a rod cap and try removing one.
