I removed the tank from my Farmall 200, emptied it thoroughly, and powerwashed it inside. Turned upside down to drain. I was able to get most of the stuff behind the baffle that way. Made sure tank was dry before using. Also put a short length of tubing in the inlet to the sediment bowl/filter, effectively raising the intake about an inch above the tank floor. Tubing I used was a short length of auto radio antenna, but most anything would do.
