Had the 706 out for a drive. On way back to barn the valve stem on rear tire tube blew off got tractor in shop jacked it up so fluid would quit spraying. tried to roll rear wheel but it would not turn! Put tractor in netural, blocked the clutch pedal down, brakes released tried to turn wheel won't move. Is this normal? How do you roll the tractor around? How do you move wheel to change tires?
