The H deck is heavy for one but manageable if you have to. Much better with two if you have a helper, which I don't. If you take the seat and steering column off first that makes a big difference. Bare deck I would guess maybe 80-100# but that is just a guess, I have not weighed one. I have bull pinion cages from parts tractors if you need one. Zach
