Though it might work for a while, it will certainly ruin the manual steering box. The manual box is marginal and one of the most feeble components of the tractor. Letting the steering box stay the same, and putting a hydrostatic steering system off of a combine to push and pull on the drag links will be fine. See Jackson Power Steering company site for ideas, or a purchase. It is a very week point, and will not survive. PS from a 350U, or with some mods a 460U will work. Jim
