Dan - I've only been around Farmalls & John Deere's since I was about 4 yr. old.(40+ yrs) What do JD's ever need Counter Weights for? All the green iron I've ever been on didn't need any. (can you say gut-less?) hehehehe I think this is the wrong place to get something like this started. Should probably keep comments like that to your JD Forum. Saw a REAL nice stock appearing Super M out pull a JD 4000 w/ Turbo at a pull several years ago. The way that old SM ran even impressed ME.
