Think this is the same one. It mounts on a pipe on the area that would be a reservoir on the Ms. As you say it has a control rod like the one for the belly pump and is in a bracket just below the other rod. It will operate a 2 way cylinder. It is sort of a strance looking valve as it is sort of straight up. It has a moving "latch" on the bottom of the control rod like the one on the lift all, don't know what it is for but expect it is for using 1 way cylinder. My owners manual is lacking as it is really old and parts are gone.
